All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and in some cases same day. You should receive an email notification once your order is processed and an email once your order is completed (packed up and ready to go).
We ship almost every single order via USPS. Once your order has shipped, the email from usps.com should have a tracking number in it. You can track this at usps.com. Almost every order will ship Priority Mail. Shipping rates are based on the dollar amount that you order and if it’s within the US or International. Shipping time varies by location after processing. US orders should be received within 2-3 days. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday. We do not go to the post office to drop orders off every day, but usually 3-4 days per week. Your shipping cost can be estimated using our calculator on the cart page before you checkout. Multiple open orders will likely ship together.
Free shipping offers do not apply to International orders. Almost every International order will ship Priority, but in some cases we may ship it First Class. Once your order has left the USPS International sorting facility, it can no longer be tracked by us or USPS. Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Customs agents may delay delivery of packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Free Shipping Offers
Every now and then, we post free shipping coupons. These are only for a limited time and a minimum purchase is required. Free shipping does not apply to international orders. If you meet the requirements for free shipping, you’ll also need to select that option on either the cart or checkout page. Typically it will show the normal shipping charge (selected by default) and the free shipping option below it.
